Do I give a tip on original price or discounted price? ?
I have a spa appointment this weekend. I know what is customary gratuity already (15-20%) but what if I have a coupon? Do I base the tip on the discounted price or the original price? I’ve never come across this issue as I’ve never had a coupon for any service such as spa, salon, etc. Thanks, in advance.
I’ve gotten so many answers so fast- thanks everyone! But a few of you just said, “tip on the full price.” So, do you mean full FINAL price which would be the discounted rate, right? Please be specific people!
